0:00 – What to expect
0:21 – Insert batteries
0:41 – Set the time
1:34 – Set 1st meal
2:28 – Set 2nd meal (can be used for any additional meals)
3:11 – Remove a meal
3:30 – Suspend/Resume all meals

What if i just want yo have 2 meals per day? How many meals do i preset?
Gave up on my other feeder. Thank you for these instructions and a reasonably sensible programming procedure.
Can I ask why wet food is prohibited?
Is there any way to tell if it’s set? Like a diode that comes on when you have times programmed?
is there a way I can restart it? Mine stopped working out of nowhere. I changed the batteries and yet it’s still not working.
Mine was working fine until for some reason the thing doesn’t spin anymore. Poor kitty missed out on his meals for 24 hours. Good thing it wasn’t longer. When I try to manually dispense meal the button doesn’t do anything and the thing doesn’t spin. What can I do to fix this?

I am so glad I saw this video, the instructions arnt as clear, I was going to return it because I couldn’t figure out how to set the meal times.
Hi PetSafe, I’m finding that when I’m away on holiday, the feeder isn’t working the way it’s supposed to. It’s as if it rotates twice in one feeding or something. These are the settings I programmed:
Feed 1: 6pm
Feed 2: 7am
Feed 3: 6pm
Feed 4: 7am
Is it possible that when Feed 3 triggers, Feed 1 also triggers as it’s the same time for both?
It’s left my household a bit confused and hesitant to use again, for safety reasons.

Will the meals go off in order? For instance, it’s 9:30am on now. If I set the first one to 7am for tomorrow & then the second meal to 12pm, will it go off at 12pm today, or will it wait until the first meal hits 7am?

Thank you!!! Im petsitting and I wasn’t seeing the feeder work. I realized the clock was set 20 min ahead of time. The feeder is opening before I get there and I need it timed with the cats medications. I’ll change it next visit!!

is this product insect-free, are ants or insects able to get into the store food?
How many days will this rotate on its own? Like there are 5 slots. Will it rotate past the 5 days or do you have to open it. Will it think it’s empty after 5 days? I have a bunny that won’t eat a full bowl a day so this could feed her for 10 days. Or more.

So there’s 5 slots but only 4 are able to be set ahead of time because one is always open 🤦🏻♀️
What does pressing and holding the far right button do? The manually dispense meal button. On the screen it begins to count up…

Does this work for once a day feeding for a week?
We have had our Petsafe for 11-12 years. Our cat is super upset when it doesn’t revolve. After all these years, we have lost the original instructions for setting the time.
Is there a way to turn off the machine without taking out the batteries so I can store it with the settings saved when it is not in use?

If I were to input 4:00 am feedings for feedings 1 through 5, why the device know to make that a feeding every day at 4am from for days 1 through five?

Is there a way to set it once for the same time every meal or do you need to do it for each day>
So the batteries are in the time is set but if I test it with the manual button nothing… If I set a time to check it is functioning nothing. Did I get a dud?
