In the end, breed still matter a little bit to me, I would never adopt a Chihuahua or a dog with a size like them 🤷♂️
I think it’s funny that dog culture has become that dogs need a home. I think in Mexico they have stray dogs and it’s normal. Like they let dogs roam the street and someone is feeding it. Dogs like the woods. They like fields. They puddles and lakes. American culture i think changed where a dog is supposed to like the beauty salon. It’s a dog. The idea of building things for dogs doesn’t make sense. It’s mostly to make it so neighbors don’t complain or to satisfy the public image.
In reality dogs are like goofy or fox and the hound. It almost seems like they call the dog whisperer with a problem like “my dog keeps digging holes and chewing on bones. My dog is barking and always sniffing and looking for things”. That’s the definition of a dog.
It’s like he’s conning. They call him up “yes is your dog licking things? Yes see I knew you were going to say that. I can help you with your problems”.
The wisest thought that is in everyone’s minds today is to invest in different income flows that do not depend on the government, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. It’s Time we enforce the already standing bylaw that states you need a license for every litter!!! Also, when an animal is surrendered it should be mandatory to look into where it was bred and sold! Veterinarians ethically should want to join this movement by reporting breeders and request documents of bylaw license for every litter they see! BUYERS: you are not saving a life, you are supporting a business. Ask for proof of a breeding license before you even go look at the litter. Ask for veterinarian information to get confirmation the necessary first visit requirements have been met! and all breeders should be providing a DNA health check! If they are not looking into the pair they breed you will end up with a Fur-friend with health issues and many, many vet bills.
Rescues can kiss my backside. I was looking for a second dog (we wanted our puppy to grow up with a friend) and so I thought I should try a Rescue dog first. Oh well, they want ALL your dogs to be spade and neuter or they won’t even consider your application (my puppy is 16 weeks old and I was rejected because I would not get her spade even though she was a puppy). Then they wanted pictures of the whole inside of my house, along with all my vet records, and also wanted me to call my vet to release all prior vet documentation, they even asked if I would be buying animal health insurance. Then they want a contracts or what ever for the life of the dog having to provide documentation back to them proving you’re keeping up with all recommended vet visits, and if you don’t or you can’t keep your beloved dog for some reason, you just can’t give the dog to your kids or a family member, oh no, the dog has to go back to the Rescue. I found the same rules on nearly every damn Rescue application I looked at. Oh and let’s not forget up to a $650 charge for all that, most were $300.
You got to be kidding me. I will never consider a Rescue dog again, the government less intrusive.

I found 3 puppies abandoned in the woods. I found homes for all 3. One was blond boy dog, food growly. One was a girl, runt, wiggly and energetic. The one I would have wanted to keep, but I had 2 dogs at the time, was the girl pup who quietly walked up to me an put her chin on my knee.
NOBODY needs a f*cking animal that eats 💩 in their home. Unless you are a farmer, you don’t need a dog. Dogs are tools, NOT a toy, or a piece of furniture to shove in your house. Dogs are NOT family!!! Dogs were bred by humans for a specific purpose. NOT to live in your house for funzies 🤪. Dogs throughout all mankind have been seen as PESTS and TOOLS. People from the past would be DISGUSTED by the way we have let dogs destroy our lives. I think you people watched too much Scooby-Doo growing up and now believe dogs are somehow equivalent to a person. It’s a f*cking animal that eats 💩 . What other animal does that????

I love how unique dogs can be. I had a pitbull who seemed to like me a lot and he seemed very quiet and timid but the moment i walked away to see another dog he got angry and barked aggressively. I love the quiet shy dogs tho.

All my dogs came from animal shelters and are the best dogs ever. My last one a less then a week ago went to Heaven a black and white Border Collie great I cry and miss him so much, he was my big companion, we walked 4,5 miles daily, I put him flowers on his back and people adored him. He haul instead of barking. He lived 15 years at the end he got arthiritis on hip and legs and couldn’t walk anymore. I am in pain lossing him.
I keep on bringing my crow to shelters but she escapes and comes after me like a maniac. I need a shelter good enough to keep a crow contained for at least half a day so i can focus on my life. Shes exhausting really, she answers to "alegria"

Construction is the real investment. The process of construction and all that documentation can be complicated when you have limited knowledge. However, with the right company and setups like Proopsy, you can be successful. That’s the whole point.

I adopted a dog, but now a year later I think he needs a sibling. I’m home during the week but i don’t get to play with him all day like he would like. I thought of taking him with me to a shelter to help me pick out a sibling. Has anyone tried this? Is this even recommended?

And I can explain later but I need help right now the thing is I have a Chihuahua she’s 9 years old and I desperately need a home for her because my brother recently moved out and this dog was the type and my mother passed away I’m sorry and she was always home with her and she was attached to having somebody at home and she’s very very very sweet and thing is she picked a fight with one of my other dogs and that was two years ago but we used to get along but the chihuahuas very jealous she and right now that my brother’s gone and my mother’s gone I love myself and I can’t have both of them together and I go back and forth I’m losing sleep it’s just for situation I have a lot of anxiety I don’t mean to sound like a little winer but I’m depressed about it the situation. Already reached out on Facebook on different platform that I use and one person did want her from Massachusetts and they were a beautiful couple and they had like two acres of land I was so happy and they were retired older couple and they had lost their Chihuahua after 25 years and the thing was her shots for 2 years overdue and they wanted $2,000 on the airline to fly over in other words she needed to vaccines or whatever they’re charging for that certificates and all that and good people I was so happy when I left on it wasn’t right now I have anxiety like crazy and I need help please somebody some recommendations anything thank you very much everyone😢

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was building in a bad neighborhood that went belly up. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It’s pretty risky, you never really know its history, either health or emotional. Unless you’re an experienced dog owner, I wouldn’t recommend adopting an adult dog from a shelter. It’s not fair to the dog either if you can’t take care of it properly and return it after a week.
Cesar, please address in a future video how to distinguidh between middle and back of the pack dog personality.

Paid slightly less than $29k, and now I’ve paid off my $129k 15 year loan in 8 months. Now totally debt free because I rent it out on Airbnb. Love having no debt for the last 5 months. Wish you were allowed to view shelter dogs in my country, I ended up not adopting because you have to go on the internet, read dog profiles, caĺl the rescue, they’ll question you on your home life and how well you remembered the cv, one shelter was annoyed because I didnt remember where in the dogs body it was meant to have arthritis. After what feels like a really judgy phone call they might let you view the dog who is often nothing like you thought it would be based on the personality profile. Wish theyd at least once a week let you walk in and look around at the dogs. I know they say it stresses dogs out having visitors, but with my anxiety I ended up giving up feeling scrutinised by staff before I could even view a dog and just bought a puppy instead.
